Lake Michigan Steelhead are in a class of their own, these fish are supersized versions of their northern Lake Superior counterparts. This trip is only available for full-days and has a limit of 1 fish per person. Don’t worry you can catch as many as you would like but can only keep one. Full size waders are required. This body of water can be considered difficult to stand in. If you would like to battle for a fish of a lifetime and are experienced enough to wade rough water consider this trip.
Hit the river with us targeting Steelhead, a migrational rainbow trout that spends most its life at sea and spawns in the Spring tributaries. These hard fighting fish hence the name STEELHEAD reside in some of the most scenic, pristine and primitive areas of the Upper Peninsula Back Country.
Rods, Bait, Tackle and hip waders are provided.
